From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like VIP guests. the room was spacious and beautifully designed, with exclusive amenities like a private balcony overlooking the garden area and a plush king-sized bed. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, which was perfect since we didn't want to venture out given the cold weather. the location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk from the city center.

Our only minor issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, as the shower was partially visible from the bedroom. this was easily overlooked as the rest of the room made up for it.
